What does the role involve?

Senior Talent Consultant at CloudStream play a pivotal part in driving our business forward. It will be your mission to grow our market share by providing excellent service to existing clients, whilst being accountable for new business development. You will also be tasked with developing new or existing client accounts to allow for a mutually beneficial partnership throughout all branches and locations. 

One would be required to market map clients and their competitors to find market trends. 

This is a sales-based position and one that has core KPI’s at its very foundation. We look to win and deliver talent projects.

You will be trained to identify some of the most Technology specialists in the world in order to fulfil a mix of domestic or international technology project needs.

The nature of the role means it will be telephone and Skype intensive, we expect all our Senior Talent Consultants to have client facing capability.

What are we after?

You must be coming from an active front of house position where you have current responsibility for client acquisition mixed with a very strong technical acumen – one of our core differentiators is technical expertise and ability to understand a client’s project and then fulfil their needs.

At this senior level we are looking for the upper quartile of consultant, a demonstrable track record of success and success of developing new business including expanding current accounts. 

One must have a natural ability to problem solve and make conscious decisions under pressure and deadlines. 

We are very open as to whether you have focused on permanent or flexible provision in the past – we have a critical need for both.

You must naturally want to beat targets and take instruction well.
