Our Singaporean client needed a formal process for identifying, acquiring and using third-party data to locate prospects who were both willing and able to switch providers. 

Data clarity had to be brought to this detailed analytics work. 

Traditionally our client had not utilised its analytics strategically to drive optimization or personal targeting. A core part of this program was to shift this dynamic by identifying leaders with unique capabilities and mindset changes.

The project team has over doubled in size over a 12-month period and continues to deliver amazing customer clarity.
