System Analyst job in England

System Analyst Duties:

Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
Understanding business requirements and documenting the functional requirements
Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Design of computer systems and frameworks
Troubleshooting technical issues
Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT Team relating new designs and existing problem resolution
Creating system guidelines and manuals for organisation
Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
IT Resilience concepts
Detailing end to end service diagrams and customer journeys

Requirements of Role:

Strong problem-solving skills
High level written and verbal communications
Project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Knowledge of data modelling
Knowledge of Monitoring & Alerting (AppD, Splunk, Thousand Eyes etc.)
Technologies (3 or more of these skills)
