Performance Marketing Director (m/f/d)

We have partnered with a leading Tech business that is expanding globally and looking for a Performance Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the DACH region. Based in Hamburg or Berlin, you will be responsible for leading a team and building strategies to support the growth of this exciting business.

Some other key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage a team who are at various levels
• Budget management
• Communication with key stakeholders in various business units on various marketing initiatives.

You will have the following:

• Completed degree in Marketing and Sales, Communication or within a similar field
• Experience working in a leadership position, and managing a team of various levels
• Bring strong expertise of all facets within the Digital Marketing sphere, with a specific focus on Performance Marketing
• Hands-On mentality and drive to ensure implementation and overcome challenges independently
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
