As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members

About the role

Key responsibilities involve:

  • Delivery and leadership of client operational transformation engagements
  • Support of business development activities
  • Operations and wider Consulting team building; and
  • Input into development of thought leadership

Essential skills required  

  • Operations Transformation Programme experience. With significant knowledge of the Insurance market, across life, non-life, general insurance or London Markets (specialism in individual sectors will be considered)
  • Technical experience, including understanding of process optimisation techniques and technologies (e.g. robotic process automation), operating model transformation and sourcing models, would be ideal
  •  Developed solutions to operational challenges utilising significant knowledge in one or more of the following areas
  • Business solution architecture design
  • Demonstrate strong influencing styles influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships, and demonstrating the firm's values
  • A track record in sales and delivery in complex and multi-vendor projects
  •  Solid and articulate report, proposal and article writing skills to communicate corporate viewpoints on breaking news and technical publications

 Desirable skills required

  • Experience of lean methodologies for process/cost optimisation
  • Experience of operating vision definition; and
  • Familiarity with core insurance systems and data concepts
