EarthStream is working exclusively with the Fortune 500 Energy giant, Engie, on a project basis to execute a Corporate relocation exercise from Bangkok to Singapore.


As part of this exercise, we will be appointing a regional HR Leadership, Talent & Strategic Resourcing head to be based here in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


Your world turns around Leadership, Talent and Employee Experience. You drive our Employee Value Proposition to support rapid and significant growth over the next few years.


You ensure we have robust employer of choice programs and a strategic resourcing strategy – in line with our ambitions and business strategy - to strengthen our talent branding internally and externally in order to attract top talent for our transforming organisation.


While leading and implementing the Group’s Talent programs in APAC, you work closely with our regional Executive management to identify, develop and retain high potentials in our entities across the region.


You know how to drive creative employee engagement programs as well as learning and development initiatives through which you enable a culture of cohesion and innovation across the business, in a creative and thoughtful manner.



Requirements:

·        Strong in diagnosing organisational capability requirements and translating these into practical interventions, including leadership development and talent management practices, processes and programs.

·        Demonstrated experience in the successful design and development of Leadership and Talent development programs

·        Experience with delivery of learning and development activities through a variety of mediums; including (digital) learning management systems

·        Ability to deliver with initiative and strong change management experience
