A great role has become available with one of our partners, who is a global leader in secure and decarbonized marketing-leading digital solutions including consultancy services, security, and decarbonization offering. They are looking for a Customer Experience Practice Lead (m/f/d) to be based in France and focus on the support of their clients in creating leading-edge experiences, bringing experience design, data, and digital technology and platforms together.
This newly created role is part of the business's strategy to shift from selling pure tech solutions and providing a far more holistic approach by partnering with their clients, supporting them in design, acceleration, and scaling their customer experience transformations to deliver leading-edge experiences at scale.
As the new CX Practice France Lead, you will help launch, develop and grow the CX Pipeline and team in the region, whilst contributing to the as part of the Southern Europe CX leadership team.
You will have the following:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and be ambitious to develop the offerings and capability in France as part of the global team.
- The ability to exhibit strategic management and leadership skills
- Have an ability to understand, explain and present complex ideas and concepts about CX and the related content to both specialist and non-specialist audiences at all business levels.
You will be responsible for:
- The development and ownership of CX client-relationships in-country
- Work with the various industry vertical leads and account teams, ensuring that the CX portfolio and offerings are shared with the market
- Ensure that the in-country CX team is prepared and 'ready' to sell and deliver offerings, smartly developing and building capabilities.
- Consistently identify and pursue opportunities to create added value for the CX practice and its growth.
