Ensuring that business operations are understood and included in deployment planning
Ensuring that any non-standard requirements are captured and logged
Analysing business requirements and generating requirements for technical and procurement teams
Gathering requirements and supporting Project Manager in requirements prioritisation
Assisting Implementation Managers in preparing for and implementing change
Ensuring that requirements are analysed, and solutions agreed with the business
Providing detailed requirements to the Deployment Team
Analysis and shaping source data including device, applications, and user information
Stakeholder management
Gathering requirements by way of interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process mapping, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Managing changes in scope for existing requirements and configuration information
Provision of advice and guidance to the business community on IT related matters
Programme and project deliverables as part of a deliverable review team
Experience of working in a series of complex IT environments accompanied by experience of supporting large programmes and projects would be beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Excellent requirements gathering skills
Good attention to detail and ability to abstract key data in a form that is understandable by senior management
Advanced spreadsheet skills.
Good time management skills to enable prioritisation of work
Good knowledge of the EUC technology and an understanding of desktop upgrades
