Advisor/ Customer Support - Call Centre
An opportunity exists for a number of Advisors/ Customer Support specialists at a leading Energy Company. Our client is looking for Customer Service representatives who will be the key liaison in building relationships with the customer base by answering inbound calls from existing customers, using your professional and friendly approach in assisting with any queries.
Location: Remote Work from home
Duration: Initial 6 months contract, likely to extend much longer
Hourly rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Key Requirements:
- The successful applicant will have significant experience using SAP CRM Systems
- You will have worked in a customer service role previously
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will manage your own inbound calls in a timely manner
- You will have experience building growing and sustainable relationships with our customer, be engaging in conversation and going the extra mile
- Excellent work ethic
