What does the role involve?
The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen who can drive business development of the service opportunity through a mix of direct approach, organizational change and process improvement whilst always developing strong relationships with senior leaders.
The Global Diversity and Inclusion team is looking for high energy, detailed, driven, people who are passionate about having a positive impact on the organizational culture.
You will effectively partner globally with all Divisions, Functions, HR Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to continually evolve and improve D&I efforts that create and sustain an inclusive culture.
This role will also provide diversity consultancy based on workforce, workplace, and marketplace trends, and lead the effort to diagnose, design and deliver strategic, organization-wide solutions.
What are we after?
Ideally a professional with a real passion for diversity practices mixed with a comprehensive background in selling solutions.
The two don’t need to be linked but it would be exceptional to have someone join the practice who has identified and sold consulting services in this area.
