CloudStream are working with a major government owned Middle East Oil & Gas Operator to help them improve their technology footprint.

Their demand for cutting edge technology solutions is help drive down production costs and transform their business into a lean operator during this period of oil price reductions.

Due to our clients need to maintain production levels whilst in parallel re-structuring their organisation we assisted in the creation of a talent acquisition planning schedule to meet these key objectives.

Once approved, we entered into a progressive period of recruitment across targeted locations worldwide to fulfil headcount quota.

Initial key disciplines deemed critical included C-level executives, advanced technology and departmental managerial candidates. Following the recruitment process, we then assisted in the mobilisation and logistical process associated with relocating nearly 50 candidates and their families from around the globe into the Middle East. The project was extremely challenging but very enjoyable.
