A very well established, South African insurance group, with a quest to digitalize their business over a 24-month window approached CloudStream to support a recruitment drive into the new technology verticals, inclusive of identifying a new CIO to lead this transformation.

The initial task was to identify and recruit for multiple executives across innovation, product management, engineering and information technology.

All executive vacancies were successfully sourced, with one of our most significant achievements being over achieving our cultural and diversity metrics for the programme. CloudStream were subsequently asked to join a panel discussion at a charity breakfast for the promotion of women in the workplace.
