One of the world’s leading enterprise level software vendors retained the services of CloudStream to build out their direct regional product & implementation teams for the new emerging markets in Africa, Asia and Middle East.
CloudStream’s role was initially to measure and map the market within the key regions and identify the candidate types that would suit the sales, technical and cultural make-up.
This project is on-going and to date CloudStream has successfully introduced over 22 key technical and sales hires since January 2016.
As the direct hiring project was so successful, the software vendor created a second project to support their entire channel partner network. This project required the proactive recruitment of experienced Sales, Project Management, Implementation and Development candidates from Cloud based ERP backgrounds.
To date channel partners have been supported in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.
